Common questions
- Is BH MARKETING GROUP LLC covered by California's free deletion platform?
- Yes. BH MARKETING GROUP LLC appears in the California data broker registry, checked 2026-08-24. A California resident can have them delete this data through one free DROP request, and they must then keep a suppression list so it is not re-collected.
- Where do I send a removal request to BH MARKETING GROUP LLC?
- privacy@usmarketinggrp.com. Filed with the California Privacy Protection Agency by "BH Marketing Group LLC" as the privacy contact for this domain. Read from the public register on 2026-08-24 (complete-reg-data-brokers.csv). This is a contact filed with a regulator, NOT an opt-out route we have used. Nothing has been sent to it yet.
- Will my data come back?
- Less likely here than elsewhere. A registered California broker must maintain a suppression list, which is the only mechanism that actually stops re-collection. Outside California, re-check every few months.
